摘要
对国内外超细TiC粉末的制备技术进行了综述,主要介绍了自蔓延高温合成法、机械合金化法、微波法和低温化学法等的特点及其存在问题,并指出了超细TiC粉末制备技术的发展方向。
A review on the developing progress of uhrafine TiC powders is presented. The relevant techniques such as self-propagating high-temperature synthesis, mechanical alloying, microwave method and low temperature chemical method, characteristics and existing problems in preparation are summarized. The development trends of preparation of ultrafine TiC powders are pointed out.
