无机诱导因子支架材料诱导成骨区种植牙初步观察 被引量:2

Observation of implant in reconstructed mandible defect with mineralized induced grafts.

摘要 目的:观察无机诱导因子支架材料修复颌骨缺损后,能否形成满足牙种植所需要的骨量和骨质。方法:以无机诱导因子支架材料修复颌骨缺损(2.2cm×1.5cm),跟踪观察1年,在骨密度影与周围正常颌骨骨密度影接近后行牙种植体植入。种植体植入后3月观察骨组织结合情况。结果:种植体植入后3月,X线显示无机诱导因子支架材料与修复的骨组织结合良好,未见明显骨吸收现象。结论:应用无机诱导因子支架材料诱导骨形成区域,可行牙种植修复,为较大区域骨组织缺损患者术后植牙提供了一种可行的方法。 Objective:To evaluate the effect of implant in reconstructed mandible defect with mineralized induced grafts. Method: One left mandible defect (2.2 cm × 1.5 cm) had been reconstructed with mineralized induced grafts, After one year, when the bone is quantity and quality were satisfied for implant by radiographic examination.the implant was embedcled in the reconstructed mandible defect. Result: After 3 months, ossiform tissue was formed in the reconstructed mandible defect with mineralized induced grafts. Conclusion: Mineralized induced grafts had showed good bioactivity and reconstructed ability in this case and the conclusion needs more observation.
