牙齿感觉过敏症三种常用治疗药物疗效比较

Comparison of the curative effect of three medicines for the tooth hypersensitivity.

目的:通过对牙齿感觉过敏症三种常用治疗药物的疗效比较,以探寻最佳治疗药物。方法:将186颗牙齿感觉过敏症患牙随机分成三组,分别采用75%氟化钠甘油,SINGLE BOND粘接系统,GLUMA脱敏剂进行治疗,6个月后复查,比较其疗效。结果:GLUMA脱敏剂和SINGLE BOND粘接系统的疗效无统计学差异(p>0.05),与75%氟化钠甘油之间均存在统计学差异(p<0.01)。结论:GLUMA脱敏剂和SINGLE BOND粘接系统治疗牙齿感觉过敏症效果较好。

Objective：To compare the curative effect of three treatment medicines for the tooth hypersensitivity. Method： 186 patients who suffered from the tooth hypersensitivity were divided into three groups： 75%sodium fluoride glycerin group, single Bond group and Gluma group. Six months later, the countercheck was done. Result： ：There were no difference between GLUMA and SINGLE BOND groups （p〉0.05）.And both groups were more effective than 75% sodium fluo- ride glycerin group （p〈0.01）. Conclusion： The GLUMA and SINGLE BOND are more effective than 75% sodium fluoride glycerin to cure the tooth hypersensitivity.
