ICU病房嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌的耐药性分析和金属酶检测 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析某医院ICU病房分离的嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌耐药谱特点及产金属酶情况。方法采用琼脂二倍稀释法进行药物敏感性试验,应用纸片协同试验筛选产金属酶菌株,应用随机扩增DNA多态性分析(RAPD)技术进行DNA分型。结果该院ICU病房分离嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌对临床常用13种抗菌药物的敏感率由高到低依次为加替沙星90.0%、左氧氟沙星83.3%、复方磺胺甲恶唑66.7%、环丙沙星63.3%、替卡西林/棒酸60.0%、哌拉西林/三唑巴坦40.0%、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦36.7%、头孢他啶30.0%、阿米卡星23.3%、头孢噻肟13.3%、头孢曲松10.0%,所有菌株对亚胺培南和氨曲南均耐药。纸片协同试验阳性菌株6株,均来源于同一克隆。结论该院ICU病房分离的嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌对临床常用的多种抗菌药物耐药,敏感率较高的有新氟喹诺酮类、复方磺胺甲恶唑和替卡西林/棒酸;产金属酶菌株的流行主要是医院感染所致,流行株呈多重耐药。
