摘要
在温室设置系列硼浓度营养液筛选和确定培养豌豆的最适硼浓度和硼毒害临界浓度。缺硼条件下,豌豆植株茎尖和根尖缓慢停止生长而侧芽长出。去除子叶的植株侧芽不能发生。对豌豆植株不同部位的硼、钾、钙等元素进行了分析,植株各部分硼含量随营养液中硼浓度的增加而增加而钾和钙却呈先增加后降低的趋势,结果表明:营养液最适硼浓度和硼毒害临界浓度分别为0.50mg/L和5.00mg/L。豌豆植株对硼的吸收方式为被动吸收。硼在豌豆植株体内具有移动性,缺硼后其侧芽生长所需硼源来自子叶。豌豆植株内源激素可能发生了变化,缺硼和硼毒害可能造成根细胞细胞膜透性增加或完整性的丧失。
The optimal and critical value of toxicity boron concentration for growth of pea(Pisum Sativum L. ) plants was screened by designing a serles of boron concen tration in nu-trient solution in a green house. Under the B-dificient stress the apex and and the root tips of peaplant, stopped growing slowly, but lateral buds began to grow out and removing cotyledonsof them instead. The contents of B, K, Ca in different parts of the pea plants were analysed.The B content in different parts of the pea plants in creased with the increas concentration ofthe boron; the content of K and Ca also increased at first, but then decreased. The resultswere as follows:the optimal and critical value of toxicity boron concentration in nutrient so-lution were 0. 50mg/L, B and 5. 00mg/L B, the uptake method of pea plants to boron waspassive uptake, the boron source for growth of pea plants and Lateral buds in B-deficientstress was the cotyledons, so boron had mobility in Rea plants. The endogenous plant hor-mones were probably changed. maybe the cell membrane Rermibility or integrity of root cellswas increased or lossed in the nutrient solution of beren deficiency and toxicity.
