The U.S.and Russia Spar over the Issue of Antiballistic Defense System in Europe

With the strategic intentions of seeking hegemony in the world,the United States wants to set up antiballistic defense system in Eastern Europe and its desire got the support from the authorities of Poland and Czech,the two countries concerned.This U.S.scheme,which is designed to gain nuclear superiority over Russia,has been strongly opposed by Russia.The wrangles between the U.S.and Russia will make the bilateral relations of the two countries more complicated and uncertain.
