中俄能源合作历经多年的摇摆与磨合，终于有了实质性进展。中俄能源合作前景看好，这对于促进两国经济、政治关系的全面发展，对于推动上合组织内的能源合作和东北亚地区的能源合作机制的建立，以及对于维护世界能源安全，都具有积极意义。
