矮生菜豆豆荚和种子生长数学模式的应用 被引量:3

摘要 采用定期取样的方法,研究了矮生菜豆SG259和Provider的豆荚和种子的生长发育特点.结果表明:豆荚和种子长、宽、厚、鲜重、干重的生长速率随着开花后时间的延长而下降,除干重外,豆荚和种子的生长量均在达到最大值后,由于失水而下降;种子的生长落后于豆荚;种子和豆荚干重在开花后呈S型曲线生长,种子长以及豆荚和种子的宽、厚、鲜重呈抛物线生长,而豆荚长度呈现双曲线的生长特点,根据散点图配合的生长曲线方程的回归关系成立.根据本试验结果,认为矮生菜豆嫩荚适宜采收期在开花后20~25d左右。 Two cultivars of Phaseolus vulgaris var. humilis Alef. (′SG259′ and ′Provider′) were used to study the development of pod and seed. The results are as follows: The growth rate of pod and seed length, width, thickness, fresh weight and dry weight decreased after bloom. The development of seed was ten days later than that of pod. Different growth curve were found in the development of pod and seed, i.e. S curve for seed and pod dry weight, hyperbola curve for pod length, and parabola curve for seed length, seed and pod width, thickness and fresh weight. Regression equations in days of pod and seed development related to length, width, thickness, fresh weight and dry weight were obtained. Based on the results of present study, we conclude that the pod should be harvested 20~25 days after bloom for fresh bean, and 35 or more days for seed.
