摘要
目的:研究三花假卫矛的有效成分。方法:运用硅胶柱色谱及Sephadex LH-20柱色谱等方法分离三花假卫矛的化学成分,通过理化常数和MS,1D和2D—NMR等波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从三花假卫矛中分离并鉴定了5个三萜类化合物,分别鉴定为木栓酮(friedelin,1),3-氧-木栓烷-28-羧酸(3-oxo-28-friedelanoic acid,2),29-羟基-3-木栓酮(29-hydroxy-3-friedelanone,3),大子五层龙酸(salaspermic acid,4),直楔草酸(orthosphenic acid,5)。结论:化合物1—5均为首次从三花假卫矛中分得。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Microtropis triflora. Method: The compounds were isolated by chromatography on silica gel and Sephadex LH -20. There structures were elucidatedby by chemical methods and spectral analysis. Result: Five triterpenoids were isolated and elucidated as friedehn (1), 3-oxo-28-friedelanoic acid (2), 29-hydroxy-3-friedelanone (3), salaspermic acid (4), orthosphenic acid (5). Conclusion: Compounds 1-5 are all isolated from M. triflora for the first time.
