本文描写了"多"和"少"、"很多"和"很少"、"不多"和"不少"的对称和不对称现象,并尝试从语义和认知角度对此进行解释和分析。我们发现语义对于语法功能有很大的决定性,此外语法功能还在一定程度上受认知因素的影响。

In this article,the symmetry and dissymmetry of ＂duo＂ ＆ ＂shao＂,＂hen duo＂ ＆ ＂hen shao＂,＂bu duo＂ ＆ ＂bu shao＂ have been described,and the author tries to explain and analysis these phenomenon from semantic and cognitive views.The author believes that semantics could determine grammar functions to large extent;in addition,grammar functions are influenced in certain degree by cognitive factors.
