Intra-operative nursing care in computer navigation assisted pedicle screw placement

目的探讨计算机导航技术应用于临床椎弓根螺钉固定术的手术配合方法。方法分析总结在计算机导航系统辅助下,对12例病人行椎弓根螺钉固定手术和护理配合的经验。结果手术顺利,术后无感染、未发生血管和神经损伤等并发症,螺钉大小选择合适,固定位置及方向准确。术中透视次数及手术人员所受X线辐射量明显减少。结论计算机辅助椎弓根螺钉固定是一项安全的、精度高的手术。同时加强护理配合,正确运用计算机导航,是确保手术精确定位、顺利成功的保证。

Objective To explore the appropriate intra-operative nursing care in computer navigation technology applied in screw placement in spinal surgery. Methods Experiences of intra-operation nursing care on 12 patients underwent pedicle screw implantation operation with the aid of computer navigation were analyzed and summarized. Results There were no post-operative infections or vessel/nerve complications in all cases. Thesizes of screws were suitable. The position and direction of the screws were accurate. During operation the numbers of fluoroscopy and the amount of X-ray radiation decreased significantly. Conclusion Application of computer navigation to assist pedicle screw placement is safe and accurate. High quality of intra-operation care and proper application of computer navigation play an important role in screw implantation operation.
