摘要
以磷钨钼杂多酸为催化剂,丁醛和1,2-丙二醇反应合成丁醛1,2-丙二醇缩醛。考察了醛醇物质量比、催化剂用量以及反应时间诸因素对产品收率的影响。确定的适宜工艺条件为:n(丁醛)∶n(1,2-丙二醇)=1∶1.6,催化剂用量为反应物料总质量的0.6%,带水剂环己烷的用量为8mL,反应时间45min。在此反应条件下,丁醛1,2-丙二醇缩醛的收率可达80.5%.
Catalytic activities of H3PW6Mo6O40 in synthesizing n-butyraldehyde 1,2-propanediol acetal were reported. Various factors concerned in the reaction were investigated. The optimum conditions: the molar ratio of n-butyraldehyde to 1,2-propanediol is 1:1.6, the mass ratio of the catalyst is 0.6% of all the reactants, volume of cyclohexane as the water-carrying agent is 8 mL, and the reaction time is 45min. Under these conditions, the yield of n-butyraldehyde 1,2-propanediol acetal is 80.5%.
