宫颈涂片预测女性生殖道沙眼衣原体感染的价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的:了解女性宫颈涂片白细胞计数对女性生殖道衣原体的预测价值。方法:对200名妇女进行宫颈涂片白细胞计数PMN和沙眼衣原体、淋球菌的检测。结果:衣原体的感染率为18.5%,淋球菌感染率为8.0%,除外淋病,宫颈涂片白细胞计数诊断沙眼衣原体的敏感性83.8%,特异性97.2%,阳性预测值89.0%,阴性预测值96.0%。结论:在资源缺乏地区,宫颈涂片白细胞计数对预测沙眼衣原体感染有一定的价值。
