摘要 目的:观察转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)在宫颈鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达情况,探讨其与宫颈癌发生发展的关系,明确其表达的意义。方法:应用免疫组化SP法检测40例宫颈鳞状细胞癌组织(病理分级Ⅰ~Ⅲ级)中TGF-β1蛋白的表达,与正常宫颈组织及慢性宫颈炎组织中的表达作定量比较。结果:①正常宫颈组织及慢性宫颈炎组织中TGF-β1表达位于上皮细胞的胞浆内,两组表达水平无显著性差异(P〉0.05);宫颈鳞状细胞癌中TGF-β1表达位于癌细胞的胞浆内。②宫颈鳞状细胞癌中TGF-β1表达水平明显上升,与正常宫颈组织及慢性宫颈炎组织比较有极显著性差异(P〈0.01)。③随着宫颈癌病理分级的增加,TGF-β1表达水平逐步上升,有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。结论:本研究提示宫颈鳞状细胞癌的发生发展可能与TGF-β1的高表达有关。 Objective: To observe the expression of TGF - β1 protein in human cervical squamous cancinoma and investigate the possible role of TGF- β1 in facilitating neoplastic progression and try to clear the value of the expression of TGF- β1 protein. Methods: The expression of TGF - β1 protein in human cervical squamous carcinoma was examined by the streptavidin - peroxidase ( S - P) immunohist - chemical method, and their contents were compared with those of normal cervical tissues and chronic cervicitis tissues. Results: (1)TGF - β1 protein were expressed in the cytoplasm of squamous cells and malignant cells, no difference of their contents existed between normal cervical tissues and chronic cervicitis tissues ( P 〉 0. 05 ) ; (2)The expression of TGF - β1 protein in cervical squamous carcinoma were significantly higher than those in normal tissues and chronic cervicitis tissues ( P 〈 0. 01 ) ; (3)The expression of TGF - β1 was positively correlated with the pathologic grade. Conclusion: The high - expression of TGF -β1 protein might play an important role in tumor genesis and the development of cervical squamous carcinoma.
