达英-35联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征的疗效观察被引量：27

摘要目的:比较达英-35及二甲双胍单独及联合应用对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的疗效。方法:将90例多囊卵巢综合征患者随机分为3组,分别给予达英-35,二甲双胍及二者联合,经3个周期的治疗后比较各观察指标的变化。结果:①二甲双胍组:服二甲双胍3个月后,6例月经来潮,2例妊娠,22例仍未行经,痤疮无明显变化;BMI、WHR、脂肪含量、Glu0h、Glu2h、Ins0h、TG、LDL治疗后明显低于治疗前(P<0.01),TC、Ins2h治疗后低于治疗前(P<0.05),HDL治疗后高于治疗前(P<0.05),余治疗前后无明显差异(P>0.05)。②达英-35组:服达英-353个疗程,用药期间均有撤退性出血,用药后痤疮明显减少;T治疗后明显低于治疗前(P<0.001),LH、LH/FSH治疗后明显低于治疗前(P<0.01),TC、TG治疗后高于治疗前(P<0.05),余治疗前后无明显差异(P>0.05)。③联合用药组:联合用药3个疗程,用药期间均有撤退性出血,用药后痤疮明显减少;T治疗后明显降低(P<0.001),BMI、WHR、脂肪含量、LH、LH/FSH、Glu0h、Glu2h、Ins0h治疗后明显低于治疗前(P<0.01),Ins2h治疗后低于治疗前(P<0.05),HDL治疗后高于治疗前(P<0.05),余治疗前后无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:达英-35和二甲双胍联合用药是治疗PCOS的理想选择。
