摘要
在简要论述水工薄壁混凝土结构干缩开裂原因及机理的基础上,对混凝土湿度场仿真计算时参数的选取进行了必要的讨论。结合姜唐湖退水闸这一工程,对其湿度、干缩变形及干缩应力场进行了非线性有限元分析。研究结果表明,干缩应力对水工薄壁混凝土结构裂缝产生和发展起重要作用,是薄壁结构混凝土及大体积混凝土产生表面或者贯穿性裂缝的必须重点预防的因素之一。
Based on a brief description on the cause and mechanism of the dry-shrinkage cracking in thin-walled hydraulic concrete structure, the parameter selection during the simulation of the moisture field in the concrete is discussed herein, and then a non-linear FEM analysis is made on the moisture, dry-shrinkage deformation and dry-shrinkage field in accordance with the project of the escape sluice for Jiangtang Lake. The study shows that the dry-shrinkage stress inside the thin-walled hydraulic concrete structure plays an important role on the initiation and development of the crackings, which is one of the factors that a great attention must be paid to preventing the initiation of surface or penetration cracks in the thin-walled concrete structure and even also in the mass concrete structure.
