摘要
以北京市为例,采用面向对象的设计思想开发了B/S模式下的实时降雨产流测报模型系统。该系统具有实时降雨分析、蒸发分析、地表水产流计算、水量平衡分析等功能。在北京市水文总站的实际应用表明,该系统简单方便,具有良好的稳定性、可移植性和可扩展性,可为政府管理部门、各行业生产单位及公众提供降雨、产流及洪水等方面的信息,辅助建立快速反应机制,为领导进行水资源和雨洪调度决策提供更加科学和直观的依据。
A real-time rainfall-runoff forecasting model is developed with the object-oriented design concept based on the mode of B/ S by taking the application in Beijing as the actual case. The system has the functions such as real-time rainfall analysis, evaporation analysis, calculation of surface runoff yield, water balance analysis, etc, The actual application of the system by Beijing General Hydrological Service shows that the system is simple and convenient to be used with its better stability, transplantability and expansibility, which can provide the informations of rainfall, runoff and flood to establish the relevant quick response mechanism, and then make a scientific and intuitionistic basis for the decision-making on the regulation of water resources and rainfall-flood as well.
