摘要
作为我国经济最发达地区之一的长三角地区,在全国的经济和能耗总量中占有较大的权重,其节能减排工作对全国的节能减排任务的完成举足轻重。本文从能耗增速、人均能耗、能源结构、能耗强度等方面研究了长三角地区的能耗特点及产业用能结构特点,在此基础上分析了该地区面临的节能形势,提出在长三角两省一市各自采取节能措施的基础上,需要加强节能工作的区域性合作,并从联合制定区域性产业准入门槛、联合制定区域性能耗标准、联合开展节能技术开发、联合开展环境保护执法等方面提出了区域性节能对策,以期共同推进区域节能工作。
As one of the most developed region, Yangtze River Delta Region plays a very important role in economic and energy field in China. So energy conservation in this region is very important to the completion of energy conservation goal of China. This paper discusses energy consumption feature of Yangtze River Delta Region and industrial Energy Consumption structure, and analyzes energy conservation situation in this region. In order to advance with energy conservation together, this paper points out that besides the separated measures, Yangtze River Delta Region should strengthen regional cooperation on energy conservation, and proposes some suggestions.
