理发美容业实施卫生监督量化分级管理效果评估

The Evaluation on Effect of Sanitation Supervision Quantification Management at Different Levels of Hair-cutting and Cosmetic Store

目的研究量化分级管理在理发美容业中的应用结果,探索公共场所卫生监督管理新方法。方法采用量化分级管理评分表进行实施前和实施后量化评分,并进行统计分析。结果理发店实施量化分级管理后与实施前相比较,平均得分提高了15.65分,B、C级分别上升了23.65、29.84个百分点,D级下降了53.86个百分点。美容店量化前后相比较,平均得分提高了15.40分,A、B级分别上升了13.02、29.70个百分点,C、D级下降了9.01、33.75个百分点。理发美容业各项卫生指标符合率等均有所提高。结论在理发美容店实施卫生监督量化分级管理具有实用性、可操作性,值得推广。

Objective To study the application effect for sanitation supervision management by quantifying and classifying in hair - cutting and cosmetic store and to explore new methods of sanitation supervision management in public places. Methods The quantifying and classifying score tables of sanitation supervision management were written. Quantification scoring for all of hair - cutting and cosmetic store in our city was taken on fore - enforcement and pest - enforcement respectively, Data were recorded in double - track ways by EpiData 3.0 software, while data - base was built. Statistics analysis was done by SPSS11.0 software. Results The average score of hair - cutting store increased 15.65 point on post - quantification than fore -quantification, proportion of grade B and C raised 23.65, 29.84 percent respectively. At the same time proportion of grade D units decreased 53.86 percent. The average score＇of cosmetic store increased 15.40 point on postquantification than fore -quantificat/on, proportion of grade A and B has raised 13.02, 29.70 percent respectively. While proportion of grade C and D decreased 9.01 percent, 33.75 percent. Scoring rate of comprehensive index of hair - cutting and cosmetic store boosted to some extent, such as the holding rates of sanitation license, the sound rates of sanitation organization and system, the knowing rates of health knowledge and the holding rates of health license for occupational personnel, the complete rates of sanitation facilities, the standard rates of sanitation operation, the coincidence rates of service production in sign and demanding evidence. Conclusion It is benefit to removing owner autorhythmicity, improving sanitation conditions, enhancing the consumer rights of knowing the fact and selecting that the sanitation supervision quantification management at different levels is enforced in hair - cutting and cosmetic store. These methods have practicability and manipuility among sanitation supervision of hair -cutting and cosmetic store. It is worth being summarized and extended.
