黟县医疗机构消毒质量监测结果分析

Analysis of Monitoring Results for Disinfection Effects in Medical Units in Yi County

目的分析黟县医疗机构2001和2003年消毒效果监测情况,找出消毒工作中存在的问题,为预防和控制医源性感染提供依据。方法按《消毒和灭菌评价方法及标准》和《医院消毒卫生标准》的要求,对全县各级医疗机构的消毒效果进行抽样监测。结果消毒监测合格率为74.22%;2001、2003年监测合格率依次为60.70%和88.51%;县、乡、村三级医疗机构监测合格率分别为84.35%、77.58%和69.00%,差异有显著性((2χ=12.42,P<0.005)。结论黟县医疗机构消毒合格率偏低,消毒效果不容乐观,存在院内感染和传染病传播扩散的威胁。

Objective To evaluate the disinfection effect of Yi county in year 2001 and 2003 and explore the causes that lower the disinfection efficiency, so that put forward some measures to prevent or control the nosocomial infection. Method Disinfection effect was random monitored at different classes of medical institutions according to evaluation method and standard for the efficacy of disinfection and sterilization and hygienic standard for disinfection in hospitals. Results The eli- gible disinfection rates of Yi county was 60.70% in year 2001 and 88.51% in 2003, while total eligible rates was 74. 22% ; There was a significant difference （x^2 = 12.42, P 〈0.005 ） among different classes of medical institution for the disinfection efficiency and the rates was 84.35% ,77.58% and 69.00% in county medical institution,town medical institution and private village institution respectively. Conclusion The eligible disinfection rate was relatively low in Yi county and the disinfection efficiency was not optimistic. There was threat of the nosocomial infection and infectious diseases spreading.
