神经节苷脂GM1对乙醇引起的神经膜磷脂脂肪酸参入变化的影响

摘要 目的研究神经节苷脂GM1(GM1)对乙醇引起的神经膜磷脂的脂肪酸参入变化的影响。方法使用同位素标记的脂肪酸测定其对神经膜磷脂不同组分的参入率,比较GM1和乙醇对参入率的影响。结果慢性乙醇暴露改变了不饱和脂肪酸[油酸、亚油酸、花生四烯酸和二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)]参入到磷脂酰肌醇、磷脂酰丝氨酸和磷脂酰胆碱。GM1的施用增强了乙醇引起的变化,特别是选择性地增加DHA参入到磷脂酰乙醇胺和磷脂酰肌醇。结论GM1增强乙醇引起的神经膜磷脂的重酰化可能是一种损伤后修复机制。 Objective\ To study the effects of Ganglioside GM1(GM1) on ethanol induced changes in the incorporation of fatty acids into synaptosomal membrane phospholipids.\ Methods \ Measured the incorporation of fatty acids in membrane phospholipids using isotope labeled free fatty acids and compared the effects of GM1 and ethanol on the incorporation rate.\ Results\ Chronic ethanol exposure affects the incorporation of unsatured fatty acids(oleic acid,linoleic acid,arachidonic acid and docosahexaenoic acid(DHA)into phosphatidylinositol(PI),phosphatidylserine and phosphatidylcholine respectively.GM1 appears to enhance the effects inducecd by ethanol and increase selective incorporation of DHA into phosphatidylethanolamine and PI.\ Conclusion\ GM1 enhances ethanol induced changes in the reacylation of synaptosomal membrane phospholipids,a process that represent repair mechanism of cell membrane disordering.
