精液白细胞症对不育症患者精液质量的影响

Influence of Leukocytospermia on Semen Quality of Infertility Patients

目的研究精液白细胞症对不育症患者精液质量的影响。方法采用联苯胺过氧化物酶染色技术和精子尾部低渗肿胀实验，分别检测６７例男性不育症患者精液白细胞和精子尾部肿胀率。结果３１例（４６％）为精液白细胞症患者（≥１０６／ｍｌ）。精液白细胞症患者精子活动率、活动力及精子尾部肿胀率显著低于精液白细胞正常组（＜１０６／ｍｌ），畸形率高于正常组。结论在男性不育症患者中精液白细胞症有较高发生率，且与低质量精液密切相关。

Objective\ To study the effect of leukocytospermia on semen quality of infertility patients.\ Methods\ Semen samples from 67 infertility patients were analyzed for number of leukocytes and percent of swollen sperm with curled tail respectively by peroxidase stain and hypoosmotic swelling test.\ Results\ Thirty one(46%) had more than 10 6 leukocyte/ml semen(leukoctyospermia).\ In contrast to normal group with less than 10 6 leukocyte/ml,leukoctyospermic group had significant reduction in sperm motility,viability and sperm tail swelling,but significant increase in morphologic abnormality.\ Conclusions\ Leukocytospermia may occur frequently in male infertility patients and is associated with poor semen quality.\ Therefore,it is necessary to examine semen leukocyte of infertile males and adopt antiinflammatory therapy for suitably chosen cases.
