交锁髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折的临床观察

The clinical observation of femoral shaft fractures treated with interlocking intramedullary nail

目的探讨使用交锁髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折的应用及临床疗效。方法对使用交锁髓内钉治疗49例(55肢)股骨干骨折的疗效进行回顾性分析。结果49例患者平均随访14.5个月,48例于术后12～24周(平均17.7周)骨性愈合,下肢髋膝踝关节功能恢复良好。1例术后复查发现远端锁钉未能通过锁钉孔,远端锁钉于术后6个月断裂,无其他并发症的发生。结论使用交锁髓内钉治疗股骨干骨折疗效满意,是目前治疗股骨干骨折的首选方法。

Objective To explore the application of interlocking intramedullary nail in treating femoral shaft fractures and its therapeutic effects. Methods Forty-nine eases （55 limbs）of femoral shaft fractures treated with inter-locking intramedullary nail were reviewed. Results All eases were followed up （averaged 14.5 months）, and 48 eases healed 12 to 24 weeks after operation （average 17.7 weeks）. Joint function of knee, ankle, recovery. In one ease the far-end nail could not lock hole after operation, far-end nail break in one patient six months later, no other complications was found, Conclusions Intramedullary interlocking nail is effective in the treatment of femoral shaft fracture, which is the first choice in treating femoral shaft fractures.
