舌根癌患者术前与术后口腔气流压检测的应用

Application of oral barometer for base tongue carcinoma patients evaluation pre and post-operatively

本研究对正常人20名和舌根癌患者8例；于术前、术后应用口腔气流压计算机分析系统检测，以期获得有关生理指标及舌功能障碍状态下口腔气流压变化的数据，为检测和评价术后舌功能恢复提供一种有效的检查手段。结果发现：①本法无损伤性，而且其他优点较多；②正常人口腔气流任，男女间无明显差异（P＞0．05）；③舌根癌术前与本后口腔气流压变化，对照组口腔气流压，即吮吸时为-9．2kPa～－41．6kPa之间；平均为-26．7kPa；在最小、最大吮吸值及吞烟值上，受检组压力值均小于对照组，但术后1，6个月观察显示：虽然口腔气流压均低于对照组，但随着时间延长，均有不断上升的趋势．其术后1，6个月的恢复率分别为鼓气38.1％，53．78％；吮吸为62％，76％；吞咽为64％．82％。

In order to establlsh an obective standard for tongue functdri measurement and evaluation, the phybological test such as oral air pressure detecting was studied. The result revealed that: ①This new handess metbod has many adventages. ②There is no sighficant difference between male and female oral air pressure. ③Oral air pressure changes of pre and pet - operative patients displayed. Minmum and maximum sucking, swallowing pressure value of studied group is less than those of control group. But examinations of 1, 6 months post - operatively demons trated: Although oral air pressure value is loWer than control group, but its value has the tendency to raise. The recovery ratios of 1, 6 months are 38. 19 %, 53. 78 % at blering, 62 %, 76 % at sucking and 64 %, 82 % at swallowing. Chncluson: Oral barornter system is an effective means of evaluation for dynamic recovery.
