摘要 采用聚乳酸(PLA)纤维作地纱、纯棉纱作面纱,在纬编大圆机上研制出PLA针织天鹅绒产品。通过对PLA纤维特性的分析,给出了该天鹅绒产品的编织工艺要点、染整工艺流程及工艺。编织要点:面纱的喂纱张力为4 ̄7g,地纱为5 ̄8g;采用直垫式垫纱。PLA纤维的染色用分散染料,工艺为:pH值4.5 ̄5.5,温度100 ̄110℃,时间45min。 This paper investigates the PLA knitted velvet fabric on the large diameter weft knitting machine using PLA fiber as ground yarn and the cotton fiber as face yarn. According to the analysis on the properties of PLA fiber, this paper presents the key points of knitting technology, the dyeing technological process and technology. The key points of knitting technology are: the feeding tension of the face yarn is from 4 grams to 7 grams, the feeding tension of the ground yarn is from 5 grams to 8 grams and the yarn inlay should be direct. As for the dyeing of PLA fiber, the disperse dye should be employed with the pH value from 4.5 to 5.5, temperature from 100℃ to 110℃ and dyeing time of 45 minutes.
