摘要
以十一碳二元酸和氨气为原料合成了十一碳二元腈,考察了反应温度和时间对产物收率的影响。结果表明,不使用催化剂时,在反应温度300-350℃、反应时间7h条件下,产物收率为98.4%;使用磷酸作催化剂,反应时间2.5h、m(磷酸):m(十一碳二元酸)=0.02:1时,产物收率达99.1%。产物经IR、^1H NMR进行了确认。
Undecanonitrile was synthesized from undecanedioic acid and ammonia. The key factors of the reaction were investigated. The optimal conditions obtained were showed as follows, reaction temperature 300- 350 ℃ and react With phosphoric acid been used 1, the yield could up to 99.1% time 7 h. Under these conditions the yield could reach 98. 4% as catalyst and re(phosphoric acid) : m(undecanedioic acid) =0.02 within 2.5 h. Undecanonitrile was determined by IR and ^1H NMR.
