摘要
用复合溶剂精制老化程度较深的二次催化裂化柴油,改善了柴油的安定性;将二次催化裂化柴油用KMnO_4+H_2SO_4老化剂老化后再用复合溶剂和助剂处理,除去了影响安定性的胶质和含氮化合物,使精制油的贮存安定性和色度达到国标轻柴油标准,加入环己烷助剂的精制油收率达到92%,且不影响柴油安定性。
The stability of the deeply aged secondary catalytic cracking diesel oil was greatly improved by treatment with 2% H2SO4-based composite solvents. The resin and nitride which affect the stability of the oil were effectively removed by the composite solvents following the aging process with KMnO4 and H2SO4. The stabilities of the storage and color of the treated diesel oil could reach the standard of GB. The recovery ratio of the oil treated by cyclohexane reached 92%, without influencing the stability.
