摘要
利用经验公式、~1H NMR、DEPT及二维谱对二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)的^(13)C NMR谱图进行了归属,确定了其中异构体结构及其含量。MDI在室温下放置易发生反应而变质,利用IR检测到MDI久置后生成了二聚体、三聚体和脲基等,而NMR测试受溶剂溶解能力的限制未能检测出变化,因此,对MDI类试样结构的定性定量分析应结合IR和NMR测试同时进行。
The ^13C NMR spectroscopy of MDI was assigned by empirical formula, ^1H, DEPT, HMQC and HMBC NMR spectroscopies, and the formula and contents of its isomers were determined. The IR results showed that there were dimer, trimer and urea groups in MDI after long term storage. However, these groups could not be observed by NMR measured in CDCl3 solvent.
