双槽虹吸式SBR滗水器的设计改进

Design Amelioration of Two-tank and Siphon SBR Water Decanter

双槽虹吸式SBR滗水器由1个漂浮的滗水堰槽、1个出水水封槽及2根Ⅱ字型虹吸管组成。滗水堰槽上安装有2个浮子，使其漂浮在水上，并随SBR池内水位变化而上下移动。堰顶水深保持在50-100mm。排水时将水面表层澄清水撇入滗水堰槽。滗水堰槽用虹吸管与SBR排水井中的出水水封槽连通，排水利用虹吸作用由滗水堰槽经虹吸管和出水水封槽流入排水井。虹吸管用轴承固定在池壁上，随漂浮的滗水堰槽上下而摆动。两槽与虹吸管之间用可轻松转动的轴连接，只有轻微的摩擦。该滗水器是浮堰虹吸式滗水器的改进型，省去了其中的自动调节机构。

Two-tank and siphon SBR water decanter consists of one floating decanting weir tank, one water sealed tank for water outlet and two Ⅱ-type siphons. The decanting weir tank is equipped with two floaters, so that it can float on water and fluctuate with the change of water level in SBR. Water depth of weir crest keeps at 50 to 100 mm. During drainage, clear water of water-level surface layer is skimmed into the decanting weir tank. The decanting weir tank and water sealed tank for water outlet in SBR drainage well are connected by siphon pipe. The drained water flows into drainage well through siphon pipe and water sealed tank from decanting weir tank by siphon action. The siphon pipe is fixed on the pool wall and fluctuates with the floating decanting weir tank. The two tanks and siphon pipe are connected by easy running shaft with less friction.
