西部边疆民族高等教育的改革与发展,必须根据现有基础与条件,以创新的精神开展探索与实践———强化特色,应对挑战;正确定位,扬长避短;深化改革,培养创新人才。

The reform and development of the higher education for nationalities in western frontier must be explored and practiced in creative spirit according to existing condition：firstly, to intensify the characteristics and meeti challenges; secordly, to position correctly, enhance strony points and avoid weaknesses;thirelly, to deepen reform and raise creative talents.
