摘要 详述采用吸湿排汗Coolcool纤维和棉纤维为原料开发几种具有吸湿排汗功能的单、双面针织内衣产品的编织工艺过程,并对其染整工艺和产品特性进行分析,最后测试了产品的吸湿速干性能。结果表明,该类Coolcool纤维吸湿排汗针织面料很好地结合了合成纤维疏水性强和棉纤维保水性好的特点,具有良好的导湿速干性能,尤其适用于运动服装领域,具有广阔的开发前景。同时该吸湿排汗面料的开发对于企业产品开发和新原料应用有一定的指导意义。 This paper introduces in detail the knitting processes of a few kinds of single and double knitted underwear with moisture absorbent and sweat conductive functions using the Coolcool fiber and cotton fiber,analyzes the dyeing and finishing technology and the fabric properties,and at last tests the fabric's moisture absorbing and fast dry property. The research results show that the Coolcool fiber and cotton fiber knitted fabric takes full advantage of the good hydrophobicity of the synthetic fiber and the good water-retention property of cotton,bears good moisture conductive and fast dry property,and thus possesses a very good developing prospect. In addition,the development of this kind of fabric bears guiding significance for new product development and new material application.
