A research on the computer-aided technological scaling system for cardigans

为了克服以往羊毛衫产品设计中编织工艺计算的复杂性,提出了一种计算机辅助羊毛衫工艺放缩系统。详细介绍同一款式组织不同规格以及同一款式规格不同组织的羊毛衫比例系数放缩工艺和算法分析。该羊毛衫成形工艺放缩系统能够大大缩短设计周期、减轻劳动强度、提高计算准确性和生产效率,且功能全面、性能稳定。

In order to overcome the complexity of the knitting technological calculation in the normal design of cardigans,this paper develops one kind of computer-aided technological scaling system for cardigans,and introduces in detail the scaling technology and calculation of the same pattern with different sizes and the same size with different patterns. The research results show that this kind of scaling system can not only considerably shorten the design cycle,decrease the labor intensity,improve the calculated accuracy and production efficiency,but also bears multi-functions and good performance stability.
