低比例毛棉混纺针织物的力学性能研究

A research on the mechanical properties of the wool/cotton blended knitted fabric with a low mixing ratio

对低比例毛棉混纺纱线及其针织物的力学性能进行了测试和分析。结果表明:随着毛纤维混纺比的增加,毛棉混纺纱线的断裂伸长率和弹性回复率均呈上升趋势,毛棉混纺针织物的纵向弹性回复率呈上升趋势,横向弹性回复率呈缓慢下降趋势;而毛棉混纺纱线及其针织物的横、纵向断裂强力均呈下降趋势。

This paper tests and analyzes the mechanical properties of the wool/cotton blended yarn with a low mixing ratio and its knitted fabric as well. The research results show that with the increase of the wool fiber content,the elongation at break and the elastic recovery percentage of the blended yarn increases,the vertical elastic recovery percentage of the knitted fabric also increases,but the horizontal elastic recovery percentage of the knitted fabric decreases gradually. In addition,it can be found that the horizontal and vertical tensile strength of both the blended yarn and knitted fabric goes down with the increase of the wool fiber content.
