贴牌服装交货期延误的影响因素及预控对策

The influent factors on the delivery term delay of the OEM apparel and the precautionary and control countermeasures

贴牌(OEM)服装加工企业能否保质保量准时交货已成为企业衡量自身竞争力的重要指标。文中通过对福建省石狮地区的贴牌服装加工企业的实地调研,分析企业的特点、交货期的构成及造成交货期延误的影响因素,提出交货期延误的预控对策。

Whether the OEM apparel processing enterprise can deliver the goods qualitatively and quantitatively on time or not,has become the important index measuring the competitiveness of the enterprise itself. According to the survey of the OEM apparel processing enterprises in the Shishi area of Fu Jian province,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the enterprises,composition of the delivery term and the influent factors on the delivery term delay,and thus puts forward the precautionary and control countermeasures.
