构建RCM与CMMS的集成系统

The integration of RCM and CMMS

在分析以可靠性为中心的维修(RCM)实施过程的基础上,将RCM与计算机维修管理系统(CMMS)密切结合。构建了RCM-CMMS综合模型,建立了RCM-CMMS集成系统。该集成系统可以将RCM分析过程与系统设计情况、当前和历史运行状况、维修状况等信息密切结合,可以根据设备运行状况动态地改变维修策略,因而增强了维修决策的适应性。

Reliability Centered Maintenance （RCM）and Computerized Maintenance Management System （CMMS）are combined based on the analysis of RCM process. The integrated model of RCM and CMMS is constructed and the integrated system of RCM and CMMS is established. This integrated system can combine RCM analysis process and the information of the design environment,the operation condition, the maintenance condition together, can change the maintenance strategy dynamically based on the plant＇s operation condition, therefore improves the adaptability of the maintenance decision.
