摘要
通过近年来重大刑事案件报道的分析,对刑事案件报道中的异化现象进行了系统综述性分析,并从他律和自律的两个角度寻求了解决之道。
Through analyzing the reports of major serious criminal cases in recent years, this article makes a comprehensive and systematic analysis of alienation in them and searches for solutions to the problem from the respective of heteronomy and selfdiscipline.
