STRENGTHEN PUBLICITY OF SCHOOL AFFAIRS AND CONSTRUCT A HARMONIOUS CAMPUS

推行院务公开是高校民主办学的一项基本制度,是学校加强民主政治建设、党风廉政建设和规范学校管理的重要举措,对构建和谐校园具有积极意义和推动作用。文章通过对院务公开的作用及方法与途径的探讨,提出加强院务公开,要从健全机构、完善制度、加强监督等环节构建长效机制,实现院务公开的制度化和规范化。

Publicity of school affairs is a basic system for the realization of democratic management of universities, and also an important measure for strengthening democratic construction and style construction of the Party and standardizing the management of universities. It plays an important role in the construction of a harmonious campus. This article discusses the functions of publicity of school affairs and the means and approaches for its implementation and presents the idea： if we want to strengthen publicity of school affairs, we should construct a long-term mechanism through building institution, perfecting mechanism, and strengthening supervision so as to institutionalize and standardize the publicity of school affairs.
