摘要
介绍了一种先进的基于CAN总线的MCS自动测控系统,它可以直接获取产品ECU中的核心数据,并为ECU的自主研发提供检验支持。针对ECU研发的不同阶段,分别设计了硬件在环仿真和上车实测两个测试平台。系统ECU硬件系统以MPC563系列芯片为CPU,控制软件程序在CodeWarrior环境下编制;并使用VC++6.0开发了具有友好人机交互界面的MCS平台软件,使得数据的显示控制更加直观简明。实测结果显示,MCS的自动化测量减少了工作量,加快了ECU研发进程。
This paper introduced an advanced automatic measurement and control system(MCS), which can directly access the core data of the advanced ECU, and the MCS can provide support for testing of ECU based on CAN (control area network) bus. For different stages of developing ECU, hardware-in-the-loop simulation platform and measure-on-board platform were designed. The MPC563 was used as main control unit of hardware system of ECU, and the control software was designed with CodeWarrior. The MCS platform software with friendly man-manchine interface was desighed with VC++6.0, which made the data display ECU easier. The result shows that the time of ECU development is reduced by the automative measurement of MCS.
