摘要
对某发动机气门杆端早期失效故障原因进行了分析。在大量调查分析和试验研究的基础上,总结出了气门杆端表面硬度,接触副表面粗糙度、加工痕迹,原材料化学成分等因素是形成故障的主要原因。提出了改善气门杆端早期磨损的方法,该方法通过了发动机台架及整车道路试验验证,并已在生产实践中得到了应用。
The reasons for the early wear of valve stem end in engine were studied in this paper throu a real engine. Surface hardness, roughness, machinework marks and material components were found to gh be the major reasons of the early wear by means of a large number of analysis,investigations and tests. Some measures of improving the early wear of valve stem end were proposed and their validity was verified by vehicle and engine tests,and these measures have been applied in production.
