长距离输水管线用耐磨环氧涂料的研究

Research of abrasion-resistant epoxy coatings for long-distance water transmission line

根据我国长输管线地理环境的复杂性及部分地区水源含沙量高的特点,研制出了一种耐磨性好、耐腐蚀性优异的无毒内防腐环氧涂料。该涂料具有优异的物化性能、无毒性、优良的耐磨性和抗冲刷性,特别是耐磨性比普通无溶剂环氧涂料高出一倍左右。简要介绍了该涂料的制备方法及其涂层的各种性能指标。

Depending on the complicated geographic environment of China long-distance water transmission line and the characteristic of high sand content in water resource in some areas, we prepared nontoxic interior anticorrosion coatings with good abrasion-resistance and perfect corrosion-resistance, together with good physical and chemical performances, non-toxicity and good erosion resistance, especially the abrasion-resistance, it is almost a time higher than ordinary non-solvent epoxy coatings. Also it introduces the preparation method and every performance of coatings film.
