生产作业中工序要素和操作人员的有效组合

A Study on Combination of Working elements and Operators of Production Lines

通过建立效益最大化模型,对标准化作业中的工序要素和操作人员进行有效组合,并以S汽车制造厂油漆车间生产线实施标准化作业为实例,对该模型实施过程及有效性进行验证。实例证明,该模型在生产线的工序要素组合与操作人员的组合优化中可以起到快捷有效的作用。

In order to realize the optimization on combination of working elements and opera tors in the standardized operation of production lines, a benefit maximized model is built which can provide fast decision support for executive managers. Then, an example for the paint shop of a car plant S is given which gives not only the implementation steps of this method, but also the validation of the proposed model. The example results show that this model is an easy and effi cient way to combine the working elements and the operators in production lines.
