摘要
目的开发并应用Clinet EQA网络版骨髓专业软件进行室间质量评价。方法设计开发了包括:①将骨髓专业用语转换成计算机能识别的编码语言;②开发质评回报网络平台;③设计了诊断意见、细胞形态频率等十六项分析统计模块,以及能设置评分条件的评分模块,便于计算机对原始结果分类统计、对照靶值逐一量化和标准化给分。结果应用显示软件具有便捷、可靠、高效,低成本的优点。结论该软件能实现多种统计分析,是EQA组织者直观地了解骨髓检验现状,完善高效管理的手段。
Objective To design and apply the professional network software for the external quality assessment (EQA) of bone marrow cell morphological examination. Methods The special modules with several kinds of functions were designed. Firstly the Chinese pro- fessional descriptions of bone marrow cells would be translated into the digital codes which could be recognized by computers; secondly a network-platform for the results response had been provided; and lastly a plenty of statistics and evaluation modules such as diagnostic conclusion modules and morphology frequency modules had been designed according to the professional characters. The primary results could be analyzed and classified by computers with the modules which had been installed in the software. Results According to the standard target, the score of each clinical laboratory was quantitatively, rapidly and precisely giv- en by this software. Conclusion This software provides EQA organizers with an efficient facility to realize the ability of bone marrow examination in every clinical laboratory and to guide the work scheme in future.
