摘要
主要阐述了在多边形边界数据存贮和组织中实体编码法的实际应用，研究和探讨了实体编码输入文件与数据库拓扑结构文件之间相互转换的途径。
In this paper,auther expounds the practical method of digitizing polygon boundary data—entity code method. Also,the paper discusses the way of transforming between entity code files and database topology files.
