摘要
阴离子单体AMPS、阳离子单体H-DMDAAC及AM在水溶液中进行氧化还原体系引发的共聚合,得到液体产物,即高温酸液胶凝荆YJN-1。将共聚产物用乙醇多次沉淀,得到了粉末状三元共聚物,用红外光谱确认了共聚物结构。在搅拌下(1701/s),YJN-1在20%盐酸中的溶解时间为20-25分钟。20%盐酸的黏度随YJN-1加量的增大而增大。YJN-1加量1%的20%盐酸,30℃时黏度(1701/s)为87.2mPa·S,150℃时降至37.5mPa·s,在30℃、1701/s剪切120分钟后黏度仅下降7.8%,在90℃、面容比1:4条件下与石灰石反应40分钟后,乏酸中盐酸质量分数为儿.9%,高于国内常用CT1-9胶凝酸(5.3%),反应60分钟后乏酸质量分数在6%左右。YJN-1与各种酸液添加荆配伍。讨论了YJN-1在盐酸中的增黏、耐温、缓速机理。图6参6。
Through redox copolymerization in aqueous solution of anionic AMPS, cationic H-DMDAAC, and AM a liquid product is prepared and notated as high tempemture acid gelatinizer YJN-1. Its copolymer structure is identified IR spectrometrically. YJN-1 completely dissolves in 20% hydrochloric acid in 20-25 minutes under stirring at 170 1/s. The viscosity of YJN-1 gelled 20% hydrochloric acid increases with increasing YJN-1 dosage. For 20% hydrochloric acid gelled by 1% YJN-1, the vicosity at 170 1/s and at 30℃ and 150℃ is of 87.2 mPa·s and 37.5 mPa·s, respectively; the percentage reduction of viscosity after shearing at 170 1/s and 30℃ in 120 minutes is of 7.8% only; the mass fraction of HC1 in the spent acid having reacted with limestone at 90℃ and surface to volume ratio 1:4 in 40 minutes is of 11.9%, a value much higher than that for corresponding CT1-9 gelled acid, 5.3% ; about 6% HCl is remained in the spent acid after acid/limestone reaction in 60 minutes. YJN-1 is compatible with various acid additives. The mechanisms involved in acid viscosification by, heat resistance of and acid/rock reaction retardation by YJN-1 are discussed.
