摘要 以煤油为分散介质,油水相体积比1∶2,水相中单体质量分数40%,AM、DMDAAC、AMPS三单体质量比4∶1∶1,通过反相乳液聚合制得了三元共聚物W/O乳状液,直接用作盐酸的稠化剂,其代号为SC-1。20%盐酸中SC-1加量由1%增至4%时,酸液黏度(30℃,170 1/s)由42 mPa.s增至94 mPa.s。SC-1加量为2.5%时,盐酸质量分数由15%增至28%,酸液黏度由89 mPa.s降至72 mPa.s。2.5%SC-1增稠的20%盐酸,加入0.3%CaCl2、0.2%Mg-Cl2或3.5%NaCl后在室温放置7天,酸液物态无异常;在60℃或90℃密闭放置4小时后,黏度保持率为91.9%或88.9%;与大理石的反应持续40小时后的质量分数大于5%。SC-1与多种常用酸液添加剂配伍。研制了含缓蚀剂、铁离子稳定剂、破乳剂、助排剂、黏土稳定剂的2.5%SC-1增稠的20%盐酸液。图1表3参8。 A tercopolymer W/O emulsion is prepared from monomers AM, DMDAAC, and AMPS in mass ratio 4:1:1 by inverse phase emulsion polymerization with oil (kerosene) to water phase volume ratio 1:2 and total mass fraction (MF) of monomers in water phase 40% and, notated as SC-1, used as such for vlseosifying hydrochloric acid. The viscosity (at 170 1/s and 3012 ) of gelled 20 % hydrochloric acid increases from 42 to 94 mPa· s when the SC-1 dosage increases from 1% to 4 % ; the viscosity of 2.5 % SC- 1 gelled acid decreased from 89 to 72 mPa·s when the MF of the gelled acid increases from 15% to 28%. For 2.5% SC-1 gelled 20% hydrochloric acid, no abnormaly is observed when the acid with 0.3% CaCL2, 0.2% MgCl2 or 3,5% NaCl added has stood at room temperature over 7 days; 91.9% or 88.9% initial viscosity is maintained after the acid has aged in dosed containers at 6012 or 9012 in 4 hrs; the MF of the spent acid is 〉5% after the acid has reacted with marble continuously over 40 hrs. SC-1 is compatible with various commonly used acid additives. A reeept of 2.5% SC-1 gelled 20% hydrochloric aeidizing fluid is presented with corrosion inhibitor, iron ion and day stabilizers, demulsifier, and baekflow aid added.
