摘要
重点研究了等离子体处理对纸张亲水性能的影响,发现在等离子体放电功率30W、放电时间3min、处理压强40Pa时纸张的亲水性有很大提高;并通过接触角测定、扫描电镜、红外光谱图对接枝样品的表面进行了表征。
Plasma treatment is one of the focuses of hydrophilic modification of polyolefin synthetic paper used for battery separator paper at home and abroad. The influence of plasma treatment power, plasma treatment time and pressure on the hydrophilicity of the paper was studied. The result showed that the hydrophilicity of the polyolefin paper is improved significantly when discharge power is 30W, plasma discharge time is 3min, treatment pressure is 40 Pa. The surface of the treated sample was characterized by using contact angle, scanning electron microscopic observation and infrared spectrum.
