摘要
为了消除成品纸的水滴薄印,在修面辊后安装一套接水辊装置。实际运行证明,安装该套装置可提高成品纸的外观质量,并带来较好的经济效益。文章详细介绍了接水辊装置的结构﹑设计和应用情况。
A collecting water roll unit was installed immediately after Dandy Roll so as to eliminate the water drops trace on the paper.The operation practice indicated that the collecting water roll unit leads to the improvement of appearance quality of the product and good economical profit .This article introduces the structure, design and application of the collecting water roll unit.
