摘要
利用5个具有抗虫基因的棉花品种(系)做母本,6个常规棉花品种(系)做父本,采用NCⅡ遗传交配设计进行杂交组配,研究抗虫杂交棉品质性状配合力、配合力效应与亲本及杂种一代相关性和遗传参数,结果表明:母本中的D17和父本中的百农527具有较高的一般配合力效应,4个组合具有较高的特殊配合力效应;F1与双亲一般配合力效应及总配合力效应呈极显著正相关,亲本一般配合力与组合特殊配合力没有必然联系;亲本的5个品质性状主要以加性遗传为主,有些性状伴有微弱显性,且环境对它们都有一定的影响。
Using five insect-resistant cotton cuhivars (or lines)as female parents and six normal cotton cuhivars(or lines) as male parents , crosses were made by NC 11 heredity copulation design ,the combining ability ,the phenotype correlation of combining ability with parents and hybrids(F1 ),heredity parameter analysis of quality characters in Insect-resistant F1 hybrid cotton were analyzed. ,the results showed that:The D17 of females and BaiNong 527 of males had higher general combining ability , four combinations had higher special combining ability ; F1 were extremely positively correlated with their parents' general combining ability effect and total combining ability effect , GCA and SCA had not necessity connection;The five quality characters of parents were main additive genetic effects and simultaneity accompany slender dominance genetic effects, at the same time the environment had some effects to them .
