摘要
回复电压法是诊断变压器油-纸绝缘潮湿和老化状态的无损检测新方法。介绍了该方法的基本原理、若干应用实例和测量的影响因素。
Recovery voltagemethod （RVM） is a new approach ofnon-destructive measurement for diagnosing oilpaper insulation of power transformer.The foundation,the several apphcating examples and the factors affecting measurement are described in this paper.
