摘要
为了降低一台410t/h型燃用贫煤锅炉NOx排放并提高锅炉稳燃性能,采用水平浓淡风煤粉燃烧器技术对3层一次风进行了改造。通过炉内空气动力场测量和锅炉的燃烧调整,使锅炉NOx排放量较改前降低了24%。研究了不同配风方式、给粉方式及入炉总风量变化时对NOx排放量和固体未完全燃烧热损失的影响。对燃用贫煤的锅炉运行和改造具有一定参考作用。
To reduce the NOx emission and improve the combustion stability of one 410t/h boiler firing lean coal, the horizontal bias PC burner was apphed to replace all the 3 level PC burners.Through the furnace aerodynamic test and combusting adjustment of the boiler, the NOx emission was reduced by 24% than before. The SA distribution, PC distribution and total air influence on its NOx emission and solid unburned loss was studied, the paper would have some reference to boiler operation and retrofit firing lean coal.
